Pick-up and Delivery

We understand that some items, either donated or purchased, are too heavy, bulky or awkward to handle on you own. That's why we offer a pick-up and delivery service.

For all Pick-ups and Deliveries, you must call to schedule an appointment. Please read below for more information about Pick-Ups and Deliveries.

Pick-Ups

We will gladly pick-up your donation from any of the zip code areas located in the following four zones:

Zone One

Zone Two

Zone Three

Zone Four

Because your donation is valuable to us, we are always willing to make exceptions due to items, location, accesibility and availability. So if you do not live in any of these zones, but you still feel that your donations would benefit us, feel free to call us and speak with one of our managers at 215-886-8619.

Delivery

Deliveries are also made to each of the zones listed above. (If your delivery is outside of this area, please speak with one of our managers for a special delivery exception). The following fees apply:

Note: All deliveries outside these zones and/or multiple pieces require Management pre-approval and may be subject to a $5.00 to $10.00 surcharge.
